We’ve worked closely with our in-house caterers, CH&CO, to introduce new measures and menus to that ensure catering at Savoy Place can be carried out safely:
- Physical distancing will be in place in our kitchens and service areas, additional cleaning procedures have been introduced including hand washing after every interaction, and staff have access to PPE.
- All room capacities and setups are in line with physical distancing guidelines so that delegates can eat in their own space. Also, all cutlery is individually provided with each meal.
- We have developed new pre-packaged menus for breakfast, lunches and refreshment breaks, including boxed salads, sandwiches, bento boxes and individually wrapped biscuits.
