Your requirements taken care of
We provide the following services in-house, so you don’t have to spend time and money on external suppliers:
- Catering — choose from sandwich lunches, fork buffets, bowl food, even three or four-course meals. Food tastings can be arranged beforehand. If your event is going to be held within 48 hours, catering options such as sandwiches, finger food and drinks receptions are possible.
- AV facilities — we’re proud of our cutting edge AV and all of our packages include built-in room AV. Our in-house AV team will be able to support your last minute event, including a dedicated technician on the day.
Our city centre location has good transport links, so it’s easy for your guests to get to at short notice. If your event involves an overnight stay, you’ll be able to offer guests a choice of accommodation, likely to have last minute availability. We negotiate special rates with nearby hotels, so you may also be able to offer your guests a good deal.
Our day delegate rates include all costs for your event, so you won’t have to worry about hidden extras in the run-up to the event. Although if you’ve got specific requirements, we will provide a transparent price for your event with no hidden costs.
A single point of contact
One event coordinator will work with you to understand your needs and see your event through from start to finish. In the midst of planning your last minute meeting, you’ll have one person to call to finalise the details and you won’t find yourself having to repeat your requests to different people.
